They take initiative, see their ideas through to completion, and develop highly sought-after soft skills such as creativity, teamwork, communication, and leadership.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Selected by the Board of Directors, the group projects financially supported by the school align perfectly with ISEL&#8217;s policies: the Polytech DDRSE charter, ULHN-ISEL&#8217;s energy conservation plan, interculturality, internationalization, and innovative and creative approaches to developing the skills and values of a future engineer, as well as enriching student life.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h2>\n<p>IN 2022-2023, We Were Pleased to Support THE <span class=\"uk-text-primary\">FOLLOWING PROJECTS<\/span> :<\/p>\n<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h3>Human&#8217;<span class=\"uk-text-primary\">ISEL<\/span> <\/h3>\n<div>Organize scheduled collections of food, clothing, and other items for Ukrainian aid. This humanitarian project supports the association \u201cEnfants de l\u2019Ukraine.\u201d<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Team <span class=\"uk-text-primary\">EP21<\/span> <\/h3>\n<div>Participate in the 2024 Shell Eco-Marathon, an international automotive competition focused on designing a vehicle capable of traveling the maximum distance on just 1 liter of biofuel.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Cr\u00e9at\u2019<span class=\"uk-text-primary\">ISEL<\/span> <\/h3>\n<div>Spark creativity among ISEL students\u2014an essential engineering skill\u2014through hands-on activities and crafts such as pottery, sewing, painting, and 3D printing.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Logis<span class=\"uk-text-primary\">Link<\/span> <\/h3>\n<div>Promote alumni activities through moments of professional experience sharing and networking.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Seminar <span class=\"uk-text-primary\">2023<\/span> <\/h3>\n<div>A project centered on interculturality and internationalization.
