In such a context, it is essential to pursue the development of ISEL in order to face up to the challenges of attractiveness and visibility.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>In view of this, our programme is articulated around three strategic axis: <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<div><span>The development of the school and its training offer <\/span><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div><span>Research and Innovation <\/span><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div><span>International development <\/span><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>\n<p><span>In terms of development, we intend to follow the Polytech trajectory. The Polytech network, in rapid growth, allows ISEL to conserve its proper status, its identity and its values, while at the same time having a significant strategic position in the region. In fact, at the present moment there is no other Polytech installed in Normandy.\u00a0 This network will enable us to avoid ISEL becoming isolated in a highly concentrated sector: to benefit from the support of the network in terms of visibility, knowledge, know how, mutualisation of effort and, above all else, it will allow the reputation and attractiveness of the school, its students, its graduates, the University of Le Havre Normandie and its region.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>The other lever in our development concerns the dynamic training offer proposed to cope with the current challenges such as sustainable development, social responsibilities, and digitalisation. In the plan of Research and Innovation, ISEL\u2019s Logistics Innovation Chair is one of the outstanding projects of the school, reinforcing its identity around the new models of integrated ecological, digital, economic and social logistics.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Finally, we hope to develop the international politics of the school in prioritising Europe and the regions of French influence in the world (La Francophonie).
