By inscribing in the politics of the establishment and the national rules in force, the general politics of the institute, in particular the pedagogical orientations and the programme of research are defined.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/Composition-du-conseil-de-l%E2%80%9Acole-Elections-08.06.23-Cti.pdf\">FIND OUT MORE<\/a><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3><span class=\"uk-text-primary\">Scientific <\/span>Council <\/h3>\n<div>\n<p>ISEL encourages research in the fields of its specialities in leaning on all the laboratories and resources of the University of Le Havre Normandy. To this end, the scientific commission gives advice on the research programme of ISEL, the allocation of human and financial resources.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3><span class=\"uk-text-primary\">Programs evolution <\/span>Council<\/h3>\n<div>The Evolution Programs Council is intended to give an opportunity for strategic reflection and to make propositions to the School\u2019s Administrative Council, notably for allowing the training to be adapted in relation to the evolution of the professions following the diplomas delivered by the school.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3> <span class=\"uk-text-primary\">Recruitment <\/span>Council<\/h3>\n<div>The commissions for the choice of teachers abides by the rules concerning the recruitment of researcher-teachers and teachers.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Council <span class=\"uk-text-primary\">for Direction<\/span><\/h3>\n<div>The Council for Direction assists the Director in the way the affairs of the school are conducted.  It is presided over by the Director of ISEL. The Council for Direction can be called in a larger context with the directors and other staff members responsible for different sectors, or as a restricted group, consisting simply of assistant directors.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3><span class=\"uk-text-primary\">Pedagogical <\/span>Council <\/h3>\n<div>The pedagogical council aims to harmonise the Institute\u2019s pedagogical issues :
