A growing quality approach

Since 2013, ISEL has continuously improved its quality approach.

Initially focused on the ISO 21001 standard, the school’s quality policy took a major turn in 2022 by aligning with the objectives of the Polytech trajectory, which follows the ISO 9001 standard.

ISEL has a dedicated quality representative and is part of the Polytech Network’s Quality Working Group.

  • 2022: Training of the quality representative to oversee the approach.
  • 2023: Mapping and formalization of processes and procedures.
  • 2024: Finalization of processes, with an initial review and the launch of an action plan.
  • 2025: Process review and monitoring of associated action plans.
Étude et certification

Certification Qualiopi

All training programs taught at Vernon and at Puteaux, as well as the apprentices attached to the CFA of ULHN receive the certification QUALIOPI.

Effectively, the apprentices, the Apprentice Training Centres, those who accompany VAE and the summary of skills centres have a specific measurement of quality, called Qualiopi. This attests the quality of the process put in place to meet the National quality referential.
